How quickly do services start?
Within 5 working days of purchase. You'll get a link to book your kick-off call straight after checkout.
How do I download a toolkit?
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Links stay active, so you can download again any time.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is attached to your order confirmation. Need a different company name or PO number on it? Just email us.
What if I change my mind?
Services can be cancelled for a full refund any time before kick-off. Because toolkits are instant downloads, they can't be refunded once downloaded, but if a file isn't working we'll fix it.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. Most of our work is remote, and calls are scheduled to suit your time zone.
Can you tailor a package?
Yes. Start with the closest package or book a free call and we'll quote a custom scope.
